My wife and I have hired RJ Perez Construction Company 3 times in the last 8 years. Each successive project has been of larger scope and we continue to be delighted with the quality of his work. What I enjoy most is that Richard (the owner) offers full service and expertise from the beginning to the end with value added suggestions related to the design, which contractors to use, and even with follow up for several months after the project is done.

Great General Contractor in Cupertino. He built us a very beautiful French country home in Los Gatos. Rich has an incredible eye for detail. Especially the detail he puts into the kitchens design. We love our outside Cabana kitchen located by the pool.
